Refund policy

Unfortunately here at Skin Confident, we have a no return policy on our products sold. Once the product leaves the office it cannot be returned or refunded. The only exception to this policy is if the product itself is damaged or defective in attempt to use it. This policy is industry standard for any medical grade skin care products sold.
