Quick Online Booking and cancellation policy

In order to protect our clinic time and Provider schedules, we require a credit card for all bookings and enforce a 48-hour cancellation policy. To cancel your appointment, you must call and leave a message or you may cancel via the online booking portal. NO APPOINTMENT MODIFICATIONS VIA SOCIAL MEDIA.

• $100 fee for cancels or reschedules within 48 hours of your appointment
• 50% of service booked will be charged for no-shows 

We understand life happens and know our loyal patients rarely need to cancel. In case of emergency or unforeseen circumstances, please call us directly to discuss. This policy helps maintain our quality of service, availability and care to our patients.
