Our founder and medical director, Whitney Carlson MSN, FNP-C has been practicing aesthetic dermatology for 15 years. She started her career assisting in facial plastic surgery and providing aesthetic services and helped build and grow a large medical spa in Anchorage, Alaska. After relocating to the Kenai Peninsula, she spent 10 years alongside Dr. Mathew Cannava at Dermatology and Skin Cancer Clinic of Alaska. 

She is a national trainer for Revance Aesthetics, makers of RHA fillers + Daxxify. She is also a faculty trainer for Crafted Academy and has trained over 150 injectors nationwide.
